The importance of letting skin breathe

With the introduction of a new generation of special breathable materials, technological evolution has enabled a major step forward in improving the health of the incontinent. Serenity was the first brand to introduce absorbent pads with a breathable external lining in Italy. The new materials that characterize the Soft Dry line allow air to pass through while liquids are safely locked inside the product. The result is greater protection and drier skin which, in turn, means a better quality of life.

Diapers with a breathable non woven fabric lining allow heat and moisture to escape, leaving the skin healthier, drier and free to breath. Above and beyond the traditional characteristics of diapers for urine incontinency, breathable fabrics ensure maximum comfort, reducing reddening and the risk of decubitus ulcers. Soft and silent, delicate on the skin, they are recommended for extended use. They are indispensable when special mattresses (air or water mattresses) are used to prevent decubitus ulcers.

The entire surface of the Soft Dry Diapers' external lining is breathable, a unique feature that makes these products more effective than those diapers with only a partially breathable linings.

All products in the Soft Dry line undergo functional testing and the results have been verified through extended use in critical situations at centers participating in a pilot study. In particular, the Serenity Soft Dry line has reached levels of excellence for the following reasons:

Serenity Soft Dry is a complete line of products that meets the demands imposed by all forms and degrees of incontinence. Thanks to the wide variety of sizes available, the various models (Diaper Briefs, Shaped Diapers, Pull Up Briefs, Diapers with Fitted Waist) will fit perfectly. The scale of droplets used to indicate absorbency is simple and intuitive: 2 drops= daytime use, 3 drops= nighttime use, 4 drops= extended use.
