Over the years, Serenity has developed a series of partnerships with some of the prime players in the field of incontinence, both in Italy and on the international scene. Among these, Gruppo di Ricerca Geriatrica (G.R.G. - a geriatric research group) plays an essential role.

Gruppo di Ricerca Geriatria (G.R.G.) is an Italian association that has been working on the international scene since 1988. Its goal is to perform scientific research in the fields of gerontology and geriatrics. To this purpose, GRG focuses on training the health care personnel who care for the aged and to raise the general population's awareness of problems regarding health and assistance for the elderly.

For more than twenty years Artsana has worked with G.R.G., entrusting it with the medical, scientific and educational consultation for geriatric care workers. Collaboration with Gruppo di Ricerca has produced the following:
- training courses (ECM)
- protocols for correct use of absorbent pads
- scientific documentation (guides)
- specific brochures for both caregivers and users, published on the Serenity website
