CSS (the Serenity Study Center) and the Research & Development Labs located within the corporate production unit (in Ortona - Chieti) constantly seek the utmost in product quality through ongoing technological updating, clinical and laboratory testing, gathering of information and market-related stimuli, collaborating with multi-disciplinary groups of medical specialists (geriatricians, urologists, andrologists and psychologists).
Collaboration with Institutes and Universities is essential to the development of specific, innovative areas. Serenity entrusts GRG (a geriatric research group located in Brescia) with medical-scientific consultation and training of its geriatric, health care and service workers. Moreover professional and scientific knowledge of incontinence is enhanced through cooperation with FINCO (the Italian federation of incontinent patients) and AILSLeC (an Italian Association of nurses who study skin lesions).
Serenity provides consultation, training and post-sales services and it coordinates services and resources to offer custom solutions for each individual party. Thanks to a team of professional nurses, Serenity provides consultation to patients and Care Givers at Public Agencies (NHS) and Nursing Homes, thus playing a major role in raising awareness in how the products are used. The company ensures that its offering is steadily updated through contacts with more than 300,000 users.
